This site describes our readiness services. Nothing on it is legal advice or a guarantee of certification. An independent certification body decides every certification outcome, not us.

Engagements

Every engagement is governed by its signed engagement letter, which sets out scope, fees, the gap promise and data handling. If this site and an engagement letter ever differ, the letter wins.

Prices and scheme facts

Figures on this site are published with checked dates. Schemes change, so we re-verify every figure before every engagement rather than trust what a page said months earlier.

The trading name

Heartwood is the trading name of a CFCI group company. Entity and trademark registration are being finalised ahead of launch.

The text and illustrations on this site belong to us. Official scheme names and marks, including CSA, IMDA and PDPC, belong to their respective owners and are referenced here for identification only.
